Refund policy

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We typically provide mockups via email for products with custom text, custom or complicated art, or special requirements. We want to make sure we're helping you create the beautifully unique product you have in mind!

However, mockups are a courtesy only, and we reserve the right to send your order to production without your express approval. (For example, if our mockup emails go unanswered, or the order is so straightforward that no special considerations are at play.) Orders are not eligible for a refund after they are sent to production. If your project requires a mockup or approval before going into production, please contact us at sales@customwovenblankets.com first.

Due to the nature of the production process, refunds cannot be offered under the following circumstances:

  • customer error during the ordering process, such as a typo or mispelling in custom text or uploading the wrong image by mistake
  • the colors of your finished blanket do not exactly 100% match your original image, as clearly explained on our Design Tips page

If you need to start a return for some other reason, simply contact us at sales@customwovenblankets.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason why. If you're eligible for a return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Your refund (less a 3% payment processing fee and return shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. 

CANCELLING ORDERS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us by phone (703) 239-3415 and/or email sales@customwovenblankets.com ASAP. If your order has not been sent to production, we are happy to cancel it and refund you in full (less payment processing fees of approximately 3%). Orders are not eligible for a refund after they are sent to production.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing error (which is exceptionally rare) can be returned for a full refund — less payment processing fees of approximately 3% and return shipping costs — within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and your refund (less payment processing fees of approximately 3% and return shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific deadline due to the nature of the production process. Timeframes for expected delivery are posted throughout our website, and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at sales@customwovenblankets.com before placing an order. Refunds cannot be offered for orders that do not arrive by a specific date.

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time.
