Woven by our Master Weavers in North Carolina, this blanket is manufactured from 100% cotton and made to the highest possible standards. Available in 3 sizes to so you can get YOUR perfect size to cuddle up with on the couch!

Don't know your family crest?
No problem! Simply write your family name and origin in the "Notes" section of the cart page before you check out, and we'll do our best to source the correct crest. We'll send you a sample for your approval before we go to production.
Please note that there is an additional cost for the crest image if we source it for you; the amount varies due to availability and/or complexity. But don’t worry, we will always send you a quote for your approval first before we do anything. :)

Shipping Information
Free USPS Priority shipping to the Lower 48 will be automatically applied at checkout for orders of 1-2 blankets. If you're shipping elsewhere or have a larger order, use code SHIPITREALGOOD to get a comparable discount on your shipping costs!
Delivery Timelines
Your blanket will be custom made for you by our Master Weavers upon receipt of your order. Please allow a manufacturing time of 5-7 business days + ship time, which you can select at checkout.
How It Works
Step 1: Get a high quality image
You'll need a high resolution version of the image/photo you want to use. The minimum file size is 500kb, but the bigger the better.
Specific Image Size & Resolution Requirements
- Small Blanket (52” x 37”): 4992 x 3552 pixels at 96dpi;
- Medium Blanket (60” x 50”): 5760 x 4800 pixels at 96dpi
- Large Blanket (80” x 60”): 7680 x 5760 pixels at 96dpi
How do I tell what size my image is?
It depends on whether you're using a Mac or a Windows computer, but in most cases you should be able to right click on the image file and select "Get Info" or "Information". If you're on a mobile device, when you have the image open you should see a small "i" inside a circle that will give you the information.
My image is from Facebook/a text message, will it work?
Images you download from Facebook or get via text message are not high quality enough to use. We strongly recommend contacting whoever has the original image and asking them to email it to you.
I don't have a high-res version of my image, what do I do?
It depends on how close you are to the minimum of 500kb. Sometimes we can use our proprietary photo software to artificially upsize an image to make it work; send us a message at sales@customwovenblankets.com and let's see how we can help!
How to Create a Digital Image File from a Physical Art Piece or Photo
Let's say you want to turn your kid's hand-drawn art into a special gift for Mom. The easiest way is to scan the artwork or photo on a flatbed scanner, if the image will fit. (If you've never scanned an image before, check out this tutorial.) Your local library very likely has a scanner you can use for free if you don't have one!
If the image is too large to be scanned, then take a clear, well-lit, very sharp photo of it with a good quality smart phone or digital camera, taking care to avoid reflections in the image, and then use that image as the upload file on this order page. We recommend using natural light if possible.
Step 2: Place your order
Choose your blanket size from the dropdown menu, upload your image in the field, and check out! We'll take a look at your image when we see the order come in and reach out to you if we think there's going to be an issue. If you don't hear from us, all is well!
Is shipping free?
To the Lower 48, yes! A shipping credit of $11 will be automatically applied at checkout, which covers USPS Priority shipping to the continental US for orders of 1-2 blankets. If you're shipping outside of that area or want to choose a more expensive option, just input code SHIPITREALGOOD to get the same $11 discount : )
Step 3: The weaving magic begins
Our talented team of American weavers gets to work on bringing your vision to life. In 5-7 short business days, your blanket will be carefully packed and submitted to the shipper.
